Ok ive made this to show how to post images as some people find it hard.
I promised my self i would not laugh at the people who do not understand technical stuff,but i never said i wouldnt call them noobs,NOOBS!

Any way here are some screen shots to help

And if you want pictures allready on the internet, you just copy+paste the address of an image, and then put Pictures : How To

around it, for example

Pictures : How To Somepicture

to get its address, right click on it press 'properties' and its next to 'Location: '

Yes true,and same concept with the one u have here,except,it has a direct link for web browsers and a seperate one for forums So the picture comes up
